About Metric
Metric is a Norwegian AI marketing company that automates multi-channel advertising for e-commerce brands—especially Shopify merchants—by recommending what to promote, when and on which channels with minimal manual campaign work. Led by CEO Amir Folkestad Habhab with COO Tarik Mustedanagic and CPO Michael Nino Evensen, the platform creates and optimises Meta and Google campaigns, manages budgets and aims to improve ROAS while onboarding hundreds of new clients monthly across markets including the US, Norway, UK and Australia. In March 2025 Metric raised an €8 million Series A led by investors including world chess champion Magnus Carlsen, Kahoot founder Johan Brand and agency TRY, with MP Pensjon, Kvantia, Altitude Capital and Marketer Group (which also committed about €3 million in technology and resources).
