About Master Works

Master Works is a Saudi Arabian technology company specializing in data and digital transformation. Founded in 2010 by Hani Al-Lehaibi and Bandar Al-Amri, the company is headquartered in Riyadh with additional offices in the UAE, Jordan, Egypt, and India. The founders aimed to establish a firm that excelled in data management, which has since evolved to include a focus on artificial intelligence, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030. Hani Al-Lehaibi, the CEO, has a background in systems support and management at companies like Saudi Telecom Company and holds a Bachelor's in IS from King Saud University, supplemented with executive programs from institutions like London Business School and INSEAD.

The company serves both government and private sector clients, having completed projects for over 170 organizations. Master Works' business model revolves around providing a comprehensive range of services and products. Its core service areas include data management, business intelligence, big data analytics, data governance, AI and machine learning, API management, and robotic process automation (RPA). A significant milestone was securing $40 million in private equity financing in March 2022 from Merak Capital, a deal intended to fuel growth and prepare for a future initial public offering (IPO) in Saudi Arabia.

Master Works has developed several in-house digital products to address specific market needs. These include 'P+', a digital project management office (PMO) solution for tracking portfolios and projects; 'S+', a strategy management solution; 'Baseer', an AI-powered computer vision platform for applications like queue management and facial recognition; and 'Diwan', an integrated document and content management system. The 'Baseer' platform, for instance, has been used at King Khalid International Airport to enhance operational efficiency through real-time monitoring. The company operates through strategic partnerships with over 20 global technology providers, including Cloudera, Microsoft, Oracle, and Google.
