About Mango Telecom

Mango Telecom, operating under the Mango Office brand, is a Russian developer of cloud-based solutions for business communications. Registered in 2003, the company operates at the intersection of IT and telecommunications, providing software as a service (SaaS) and communication services.

The company's core business revolves around a suite of over 100 Unified Communications (UC) solutions designed for businesses of all sizes, from individual entrepreneurs to large corporations. Its product portfolio includes a Virtual PBX, a cloud-based contact center, call tracking, voice bots, and workforce management tools. These services are delivered through a subscription-based model. Mango Office's platform enables features like call recording, advanced analytics, omnichannel contact centers, and integrations with over 300 popular CRM systems and other business applications.

In March 2024, Telecom-1, a division of the major Russian telecommunications company PJSC Rostelecom, acquired 100% of Mango Telecom LLC and its software development arm, M. Developer LLC. Prior to this acquisition, the companies were owned by the Cypriot entity Mango Cloud Systems Limited. The deal marked a significant milestone, integrating Mango Telecom into the structure of Russia's national telecom operator. For the fiscal year 2022, Mango Telecom LLC reported revenue of 4.5 billion rubles with a net profit of 897.9 million rubles, while M. Developer LLC posted revenue of 580 million rubles and a net profit of 44.4 million rubles.

The company is currently managed by CEO and General Manager Dmitry Byzov. Other key personnel include Andrey Kozlovskiy as CMO. Mango Telecom aims to equip businesses with modern communication systems to improve key performance indicators such as sales funnels, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
