Modern Village Lifestyle (formerly M Village) is a Vietnam proptech and hospitality company operating co-living and multi-brand accommodation across Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and other urban markets. Founded in 2020 by Nguyen Hai Ninh (co-founder and former CEO of The Coffee House), it blends furnished private rooms with communal work and living spaces for millennials, Gen Z, professionals and digital nomads, expanding via asset-light partnerships with property owners rather than heavy real-estate ownership. Product lines have included M Village Signature short stays and standard M Village mixed-tenure properties, and after a May 2026 rebrand the group is building a broader hospitality ecosystem spanning urban hotels (M Village Hotel, Express by M Village, Savvy), Signature/Grand Signature resorts, and planned Prestige and Harmony Living Suites concepts. By mid-2026 the network had grown to about 53 locations. In August 2026 the company raised US$26 million led by Mizuho Asia Partners (about US$18 million via Grand Mia Pte. Ltd.) with follow-on from Trip.com (about US$8 million), at a reported post-money valuation of about US$121 million.
