Lyte
Commission advances and business wallets for freelancers and agents
About Lyte
Lyte (formerly Lyte Ventures) is a Singapore MAS-licensed fintech providing commission advances, invoice factoring and business-wallet credit for freelancers, solopreneurs and real-estate agents. Founded in 2017 by Dennis Goh and CEO Vincent Ha, its LytePay and LyteMoney products help commission-based workers unlock earned income earlier—including advances of a large share of net property commissions shortly after option exercise through agency partnerships such as ERA Singapore—without the company stating impacts to TDSR or credit scores. The platform has reported more than 12,000 users and over US$1.6 billion in income processed, with capital historically supported via the Azure-Lyte Fund partnership. In February 2026 Lyte raised US$4.2 million, primarily from Soilbuild Group co-founder Lim Chap Huat, to deepen product, AI tooling and expansion including Australia.
