Lynx Analytics is a predictive analytics company that provides artificial intelligence and data analytics solutions. Founded in 2010 by a group of INSEAD professors and students, including Miklos Sarvary, Gabor Benedek, Gyorgy Lajtai, and Sander Swinkels, the firm was established to apply graph theory to solve complex business problems. Initially a consulting firm, Lynx Analytics evolved to develop its own software after identifying a market gap for technology capable of analyzing large-scale graph data.

The company's core technology, which leverages Graph AI, is built on Apache Spark for scalable, real-time processing. It offers a range of services and products, including the open-source graph analytics engine LynxKite, a Customer Happiness Index (CHI) solution, and generative AI platforms. The founding team combines academic research with industry experience. Gyorgy Lajtai, the CEO, previously co-owned an eco-rating company and worked on CRM and product management at GE Capital. Miklos Sarvary is a professor at Columbia Business School with a background at INSEAD, Harvard, and IBM. In May 2016, Lynx Analytics secured approximately $10 million in a seed funding round at a valuation of $66 million, which was one of the largest seed rounds in Singapore at the time. Headquartered in Singapore, the company operates globally with a presence in the USA, Europe, and several other Asian countries.
