A core component of their offering is Presence® CRM, an AI-driven relationship engine designed to identify potential deals within an agent's existing network by unifying contacts, social media activity, and communication history. Luxury Presence has seen significant growth, serving over 17,000 real estate businesses and more than 87,000 agents, including 30% of the top agents and teams recognized by the Wall Street Journal RealTrends. The company has raised a total of $74.6 million over several funding rounds, with notable investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, Switch Ventures, Zillow co-founder Spencer Rascoff, and NBA champion Dirk Nowitzki. A recent Series C funding round in January 2026, which raised $22 million, was intended to accelerate the development of the Presence® CRM and enhance the platform's overall AI capabilities.
