These acquisitions also expanded Lucid's global footprint with new offices in Singapore and Dubai. During its four-year partnership with LDC, Lucid's revenues grew from £12 million to over £29 million. In March 2021, LDC exited its investment, and Lucid was sold to the alternative asset manager ICG. In May 2025, the company launched Lucid Group US, unifying its US-based agencies to create a single, integrated entity.

Headquartered in Marlow, UK, Lucid Group employs over 500 specialists worldwide across four global locations.
