About LogicBay

In 2003, U.S. Army veteran John Panaccione founded the company that would become LogicBay, focusing on using technology to improve the performance of sales channels. The company provides Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software specifically for large manufacturers to manage their complex networks of independent dealers and distributors. Think of industry giants like Caterpillar and Daimler Trucks North America, who don't sell directly to customers but through a sprawling, vital, and sometimes disconnected channel. LogicBay's playbook was to create a centralized platform to solve key challenges in this ecosystem. Their software helps manufacturers with everything from onboarding new dealers and managing sales leads to providing sophisticated training for sales reps and service techs across the globe. The goal was to boost engagement and give manufacturers a clear line of sight into a part of the business that was historically hard to manage, ultimately improving sales and customer satisfaction. After a 17-year run of building the company, a significant event occurred. In October 2020, LogicBay was acquired by Pluribus Technologies, a Canadian firm that buys profitable software companies and helps them grow. The acquisition placed LogicBay within Pluribus's 'The Learning Network' portfolio, aiming to leverage LogicBay's PRM platform across other companies. John Panaccione, who led the company from its start to its successful sale, saw the deal as finding the right investment partner to accelerate growth and scale the technology.
