About Lendified

Lendified, founded in 2015 by Troy Wright and Kevin Clark, was a Canadian online lender that provided fast and affordable loans to small businesses. The company developed an AI-powered credit platform to automate the loan origination process, which it also offered as a SaaS solution to other financial institutions across North America.

The company's platform allowed small business owners to apply for loans online, receive an instant quote, and get funding within 48 hours. This service was positioned as an alternative to traditional bank loans and more expensive financing options. Lendified gained recognition in various publications, including The Globe and Mail, Financial Post, and Bloomberg.

In a significant development, Merchant Growth Ltd., along with its funding vehicle, Merchant Opportunities Fund Limited Partnership, acquired substantially all of Lendified's assets. Following this acquisition, Lendified's operations have been integrated into Merchant Growth, and visitors to Lendified's website are now redirected to Merchant Growth's site.
