Leah
Agentic AI platform for legal, contracting, procurement and finance
About Leah
Leah is an enterprise agentic AI company, formerly known as ContractPodAi, which rebranded under the Leah name in January 2026. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in London, the company began as a contract lifecycle management (CLM) specialist and evolved into a broader agentic AI platform spanning legal, contracting, procurement and finance functions. The Leah name — first introduced in 2022 as ContractPodAi's flagship AI product — stands for Lead, Empower, Accelerate and Harmonize.
The Leah Agentic AI Platform unifies contract lifecycle management, legal transformation and source-to-pay automation into a single autonomous system. Its core offerings include Leah Agentic CLM (end-to-end contract creation, review, negotiation, signing and repository), Leah Legal (an AI-powered legal assistant automating contract review, compliance, obligation tracking and governance through a conversational interface), and the Leah Agentic OS, which lets enterprises build, deploy and govern intelligent agents that orchestrate work across functions.
The company is led by co-founder and CEO Sarvarth Misra, with Viraj Chaudhary as COO and Anna Burke as CMO. Leah has raised approximately $170M across multiple rounds, including a Series C in 2021, from investors backing its growth from a focused contracting solution into an enterprise-wide agentic AI provider. Its clients include corporations and law firms seeking to modernise legal, procurement and finance operations with AI-native automation.
