This earlier experience informed the development of LAMA, shifting focus to a platform for startup founders. The initial concept evolved from an "Ask Me Anything" style app to a curated interview platform where a team of journalists helps create educational interviews for entrepreneurs. These interviews are then published on a landing page which users can share across their own networks to promote their work. The company also operates its own magazine to feature and promote entrepreneurs.

The business model centers on its interview platform, which simplifies the production of video content for businesses to use on their websites, blogs, and social channels.
