Lalami is a cross-border brand management company specializing in integrated e-commerce services for overseas cosmetics and maternal and child care brands entering the Chinese market. Founded in Guangzhou in 2012 by Li Tiantian, the company initially focused on e-commerce before shifting its business model in 2016 to provide comprehensive, one-stop brand management.

The company's core business involves acting as an exclusive agent or acquiring trademarks to introduce and build international brand images within China. Its service offerings cover brand positioning, strategic planning, online retail, and offline distribution. Lalami has successfully incubated and managed several overseas brands, including Naris, Byphasse, Ziaja, and Gifrer. The business operates through both online channels, leveraging China's e-commerce ecosystem, and offline distribution networks to reach a broad consumer base.

In June 2022, Lalami initiated an IPO process to be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, intending to raise approximately $79.9 million to fund brand incubation, operational promotion, and information systems development. However, in July 2023, the company withdrew its application. Between 2019 and 2022, the company reported steady net profits. Lalami is backed by investors including China InnoVision Capital, GuangDong CHJ Industry Company, and Souyute Group.
