Kure Cell, also known as Kure.ai and Kure Cells, is a US-based biotechnology company founded in 2021 by Dr. David Wald and Dr. Sayer Alfuraydi. The company is focused on developing Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapies for cancer treatment. Dr. Wald is also a professor at Case Western Reserve University and an inventor of the company's core technology.

The company's key innovation is a proprietary platform called Ultra-Fast CAR (UF-CAR), which dramatically reduces the manufacturing time for CAR-T therapies from several weeks to less than 24 hours. This process involves engineering a patient's own T-cells to identify and attack cancer cells. By bypassing traditional bottlenecks, the UF-CAR platform not only speeds up production but also preserves T-cell health, potentially leading to safer and more durable treatments at a fraction of the cost of conventional methods.
