Krisp's business model is primarily subscription-based, offering tiered plans for individuals, teams, and large enterprises. Plans range from a Pro plan for professionals to custom-priced Business and Enterprise solutions for larger teams and call centers, which offer features like unlimited storage, advanced security compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA), and SSO. The company also monetizes through B2B partnerships and licensing its SDKs to communication platforms, software providers, and hardware manufacturers.

The product suite has evolved from a singular noise-cancellation tool into a comprehensive Voice AI platform. Its core technology operates locally on the user's device, ensuring privacy by not sending audio streams to its servers. Key features include bi-directional noise, voice, and echo cancellation; an AI Meeting Assistant for automated transcription, notes, and summaries; Accent Conversion to improve clarity for global audiences; and real-time Voice Translation. The platform is compatible with over 800 communication applications, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. For the contact center market, Krisp reports that its technology helps achieve significant reductions in noise complaints, increases in customer satisfaction (CSAT), and decreases in average handle time (AHT).
