The platform allows construction professionals to generate quotes, compare prices from a network of suppliers, and arrange for delivery within 24 to 48 hours.

The business operates a B2B marketplace model, connecting buyers with over 2,500 referenced suppliers across France. Koncrete's revenue is generated through commissions on the transactions facilitated through its platform. The service provides a centralized account for professionals to manage invoices and delivery slips, simplifying administrative tasks. For suppliers and transporters, the platform acts as a business development tool by providing new customer leads and optimizing logistics. Koncrete also focuses on reducing the environmental impact of the construction industry by prioritizing local producers to shorten transport distances, optimizing logistics to reduce empty trips, and encouraging the use of recycled materials.

In a significant step for its growth, Koncrete secured €1.2 million in a seed funding round in June 2025. The company has demonstrated considerable market traction, having serviced major projects like the Olympic Village and sites for the Grand Paris initiative. Its achievements include winning the Startup Challenge in Seattle and receiving support from the emlyon business school incubator and the Wilco #Construtech accelerator.
