Kocho is a UK-based provider of cyber security, identity, cloud transformation and managed services for enterprise and mid-market organisations. As a leading Microsoft partner, it combines Microsoft cloud technology with expertise in identity management, cyber security and managed services to help clients accelerate their digital transformation programmes securely.
The business was founded in 2001 as TiG (later trading as TiG Data Intelligence / TIG UK), a managed service provider. In March 2021 TiG acquired ThirdSpace, a Cardiff-based specialist in identity management and enterprise mobility and security. In April 2022, having completed the integration of ThirdSpace, the combined company rebranded as Kocho — Japanese for butterfly, a symbol of transformation. Kocho has since made further acquisitions, including Mobliciti in October 2022.
Headquartered in London, Kocho also has operations in Cardiff and Manila, and has been named Microsoft Partner of the Year on multiple occasions.
