Knowin

Knowin is a technology startup focused on the development and integration of consumer-grade embodied AI robots for household environments. The company was founded in July 2025 by Li Yinchuan and is officially registered as Shenzhen Nuoyin Zhixing Technology. The firm's mission is to advance human-machine symbiosis by creating intelligent robots that can operate within daily home life through a universal embodied AI model architecture. This architecture is designed to form a closed loop of “perception–generation–execution–evolution,” allowing the robots to learn and adapt in real-world settings.

The founder, Li Yinchuan, has a distinguished background in artificial intelligence research. Prior to establishing Knowin, he was the Chief Researcher at Huawei's Noah's Ark Lab. His academic credentials include a Ph.D. from the Beijing Institute of Technology, a joint Ph.D. program at Columbia University, and a portfolio of over 70 published papers and more than 30 patents. Before joining Huawei in 2020, Li also served as a senior technical consultant at Santé Ventures in the U.S., where he led a team developing a reinforcement learning system for financial markets.

Knowin has demonstrated significant momentum in securing capital since its inception. In just eight months, the company successfully completed three rounds of financing: a seed round with investor Yuanma Ludong, an angel round led by L2F Guangyuan Entrepreneur Fund, and an Angel+ round led by Zhongding Capital. As of March 2026, these funding rounds have raised tens of millions of dollars, bringing the company's post-investment valuation to over $300 million. The capital is being allocated towards recruiting global talent, advancing full-stack research and development, and preparing for the mass production and commercial deployment of its home robotics.
