In a strategic move to enhance its business intelligence and data warehouse solutions, Hewlett-Packard (HP) announced its acquisition of Knightsbridge in December 2006 for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition was completed in January 2007, and Knightsbridge was integrated into HP's Technology Solutions Group. The separate entity, Braun Consulting, a marketing strategy and technology consulting firm, was acquired by Fair Isaac Corporation (now FICO) in 2004.
