The company's core services are divided into Medical Marketing & Sales Service (MMS) and Hospital Management Service (HMS). Under MMS, Keymedi offers "MEDI TV Live" for online medical seminars (webinars), "Brand Hall" for enhancing product and brand awareness among healthcare professionals, "MEDI TV Plus" for physician-curated broadcast services, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) services for managing academic and corporate events both online and offline. The HMS division provides specialized, practical consulting for opening new clinics, particularly for dermatology, plastic surgery, and orthopedics, covering aspects like tax, legal, financing, interior design, and equipment. It also handles medical device distribution and HR services, including an AI-based physician recruitment solution called 'Keymatch'.

As of December 2023, the platform had over 45,000 registered users. Keymedi has established partnerships with organizations such as the Korean Pharmaceutical Cooperatives Association and the Korea Drug Research Association. The platform generates revenue by providing marketing solutions and management services to its corporate and hospital clients.
