The core product is the Karta Visa Infinite card, which provides credit limits based on the holder's assets under management at the partner institution. Upon approval, a virtual card is issued instantly for use with services like Apple Pay or Google Pay, followed by a physical metal card. A distinctive feature is the company's 24/7 client service, which is managed entirely through a WhatsApp concierge powered by AI agents. This allows cardholders to handle account inquiries, report fraud, book travel, and receive personalized assistance in real-time.
