The company's core product enables businesses to automatically refresh content on growth channels, such as emails, using reinforcement learning, artificial intelligence, and causal inferences. This technology allows clients to move from traditional A/B testing to a more dynamic, "always-on" testing model, enabling the evaluation of over 100 messaging variations within a month. The platform's AI optimizes traffic for the most effective variants, providing insights without the extensive operational setup required for manual A/B tests. The business model is geared towards enterprises, helping them increase the speed of their experimentation by tenfold and achieve statistically significant lifts in engagement. JustAI has demonstrated success with clients like Coursera, Thumbtack, and Tumblr, showing measurable improvements in click-through rates, open rates, and conversions. After raising $1.7 million from investors including Peak XV and Y-Combinator, the company rebranded from Just Words to JustAI to better reflect its expanded focus on intelligence, speed, and creativity in marketing workflows.
