In 1994, what started as a small family business in Lithuania would grow into a key player in the European wood processing industry. Juodeliai began its journey with a single production plant, focusing on making wooden pallet blanks. This foundational product, essential for logistics and shipping worldwide, became the company's core focus. A significant moment in the company's story was its acquisition by the investment group TMV CAPITAL, which provided the resources for major expansion. This led to a series of strategic growth phases, with the company regularly opening new, technologically advanced production facilities, including a major plant in Marijampolė in 2020 and a second one in the same city in 2024. These investments dramatically increased production capacity. This expansion allowed Juodeliai to process up to 1.5 million cubic meters of wood annually, establishing it as one of Europe's largest producers of pallet elements. The company also embraced a zero-waste, circular economy model, ensuring all by-products are used for biofuels or in furniture production. Today, Juodeliai's products are not just sold in Europe but have reached markets in Asia, North America, and Africa, demonstrating its evolution from a local family operation to a significant international enterprise.
