The business evolved, expanding its model to an international franchise system for a variety of well-being services. Jeff provides franchisees with a "Business in a Box" solution, which includes the global brand, training, and proprietary technology like the 'Jeff Suite' management software, the 'Jeff Driver' app for logistics, and the consumer-facing 'Jeff App'. This model allows entrepreneurs to launch their own business with operational support and established processes.

The company's verticals include Mr Jeff (laundry), Fit Jeff (boutique fitness centers), Beauty Jeff (salons), and Relax Jeff (massage studios). This structure positioned Jeff as an omnichannel ecosystem where users could access multiple day-to-day services through a single online platform and a network of physical stores. The business model is B2B2C, generating revenue from franchise fees and royalties, and is built on recurring-revenue services.

After a period of rapid international expansion into approximately 40 countries, the Valencia-based company faced significant financial difficulties. In May 2023, after months of operational challenges, the company filed for bankruptcy. Prior to this, Jeff had announced several successful funding rounds to fuel its global growth.
