JAAQ (Just Ask A Question) is a London clinically governed digital health and engagement platform founded in 2021 by Danny Gray that embeds a library of more than 10,000 clinically reviewed mental health videos into insurer, employer and healthcare digital journeys. Partners license content into their own products or a hosted JAAQ experience; conversational AI guides users to relevant videos without diagnosing or replacing care, with anonymised topic analytics for enterprise wellbeing programmes. Deployments cover more than 1.5 million eligible lives with partners such as Bupa, NatWest and Nationwide. In March 2026 JAAQ raised a €15 million (£13 million) Series A from Meridian Health Ventures, Fuel Ventures, Bolt Angels and Guinness Ventures, appointing Alex Packham as CEO to scale enterprise partnerships, deepen clinical infrastructure and enter the US.
