ISO Group serves a diverse client base that includes the United States Government, over 50 foreign governments through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and prime contractors across six continents.

At the heart of its operations is the proprietary Defense Logistics Management System (DLMS), a database containing over 125 million part numbers and 12,000 certified suppliers. This system leverages supply chain analytics to deliver solutions for intricate material requirements. A key service feature is a stringent quality control process, certified to ISO9001 and AS9120 standards, which includes 100% inspection, barcoding, and photography of parts, ensuring full traceability and maintaining a part return rate significantly below the industry average. Co-founder Michael Gibson, the company's Chief Technology Officer, has a background in physics and has been instrumental in applying technology to create sustainable supply chain solutions for the company.
