Irys has secured significant financial backing, raising a total of $16 million over three funding rounds, including a $3.5 million seed round in August 2023 and a subsequent $12.5 million round in October 2025. Irys offers an AI-native, open API platform designed to serve as a centralized command center for insurance agents, brokers, and MGAs in the US and Canada. The platform unifies sales, finance, operations, and service into a single system, replacing fragmented workflows. It is not positioned as just another agency management system (AMS) but as a complete operational backbone. The business model is B2B SaaS, generating revenue through subscriptions to its software.
