iRegene Therapeutics (睿健医药) is a China biotech pioneering chemically induced allogeneic cell therapy. Founded in 2017, it uses chemical induction to reprogram cell fate for neurodegenerative and other currently incurable diseases. Lead program NouvNeu001 is an iPSC-derived dopaminergic progenitor therapy for Parkinson's disease with China Phase II dosing and US Phase IIa, holding FDA Fast Track and RMAT designations. Additional programs target early-onset Parkinson's (NouvNeu003), MSA (NouvNeu004) and retinal degeneration. Sites include Wuhan (East Lake High-tech), Chengdu Tianfu International Bio-Town, Suzhou BioBAY and overseas offices. Total funding exceeds RMB 300 million including Series B+.
