IPE Universal, Inc. (OTC: IPEU) is a US-incorporated company with operational roots in Taiwan that develops AI-powered early childhood education products, advanced materials, and global curriculum networks. The company has undergone several strategic pivots since its founding. Incorporated in Wyoming in December 2007 as Trevenex Resources, Inc. (OTC: TRVX), a mineral exploration company, it pivoted in 2010 to mobile VoIP and mobile advertising, renaming itself Global MobileTech, Inc. (OTC: GLMB). In 2019, the company underwent a reverse merger and rebranded again as Keynes Technology Co. Ltd. (OTC: KYNS), pivoting to early childhood education software focused on cognition and brain sciences.
