Invesmart
Independent, full-service retirement financial services company
About Invesmart
The story of Invesmart begins in the world of retirement financial services, where it established itself by providing investment and advice products through internet technology. The company's goal was to enable both employers and their employees to invest effectively for their retirement. A significant chapter in the company's journey was its acquisition by StanCorp Financial Group on July 10, 2006. The deal was valued at approximately $85 million. At the time of the acquisition, Invesmart managed over 4,000 retirement plans with more than $10 billion in assets under administration. Following the acquisition, Invesmart was set to operate as a subsidiary of StanCorp, becoming part of its Asset Management group. This move was intended to enhance the products and services available to the retirement plan customers of both organizations, granting them access to Invesmart's defined contribution plan, RightPath.
