The portfolio features IT-141, a novel topoisomerase I (TOP-I) inhibitor for colorectal and breast cancers, and IT-147, an antimicrotubule agent. The IVECT platform is versatile, capable of encapsulating a wide range of molecules from small drugs to nucleic acids and peptides, and can be modified with targeting ligands to further specify drug delivery.
