Interlink Networks, established in 2000, is a specialized provider of network access control solutions. The company originated as a spin-out from the Merit Network, a research and education network hosted at the University of Michigan. The founders of Interlink Networks were instrumental in the development of the RADIUS (Remote Access Dial-In User Services) protocol, having championed the initial standards in the early 1990s.

The firm's core business revolves around providing highly scalable and customizable Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) systems designed to secure both wired and wireless networks. Its primary clientele includes telecommunication carriers, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of network equipment. The flagship product is the RAD-Series RADIUS Server, formerly known as the Merit RADIUS Server.
