The flagship product is a patient-facing AI agent named Lumi, which communicates with patients via voice or text to gather detailed, disease-specific information before their appointments. This can shorten the information-gathering portion of a visit from as long as 25 minutes down to just a few minutes of confirmation. Beyond Lumi, the company offers other agents, including an AI scribe tool named Aura AI Scribe that automates clinical documentation by listening to patient encounters and generating notes. The platform has already been used by approximately 1,500 clinicians and has handled over 100,000 clinical conversations.
