Established in 2006, Innogrid is a South Korean company specializing in cloud computing solutions. The firm operates as an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) provider, primarily serving enterprise clients. The business model focuses on delivering a comprehensive suite of cloud services designed to help clients localize their IT-based operations. This includes offerings in artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and blockchain, all built upon its proprietary cloud infrastructure.

Innogrid provides both private and public cloud solutions. Its private cloud offering allows companies to build and manage their own cloud services, giving them control over their IT infrastructure resources. The public cloud service provides server creation and management, large file storage, and user access control. A key product is the Innogrid Cloud Matrix Platform (ICMP), an all-in-one cloud solution developed with the company's own technology. In December 2024, Innogrid itself was acquired by E-Tech System and now operates as a subsidiary within the E-Tech System group.
