InnoDesigns is an online furniture and home decor marketplace founded in 2021 by Nidhey A Pan and Krina P. The company originated from Nidhey A Pan's personal experience of facing challenges with quality, variety, and delivery times while furnishing his own home. This led to the creation of a tech-enabled platform that aims to connect customers with local carpenters and small-to-medium-scale manufacturers, a model described as "Uber-like" for the furniture market.

The company's business model centers on creating a platform where customers can select furniture designs and have them custom-built by listed and rated local artisans. This approach is designed to nullify the high costs associated with traditional showrooms, offering customers more affordable pricing. InnoDesigns offers extensive customization options, allowing users to choose the fabric, dimensions, and wood for their furniture pieces, facilitated by AI to assist in the selection process. The platform also provides income-generating opportunities for local carpenters and manufacturers by giving them access to a broader market.

In October 2021, InnoDesigns secured ₹75 crore (approximately $9.98M) in a Series A funding round from The PAN Group, a family-run business group from Rajkot. This capital was allocated for market expansion, technology development, and talent acquisition. The company initiated its operations in Kochi and Coimbatore, with plans for a nationwide presence in India, including major cities like Mumbai and Delhi-NCR. InnoDesigns also established a Home Experience Center in Kochi in November 2021 to provide customers with a physical touchpoint.
