Inflow

The story of Inflow, the ADHD management app, began in 2020 out of a shared frustration with the healthcare system. Founders Levi Epstein, Seb Isaacs, and Dr. George Sachs saw the long wait times, high costs, and bureaucratic hurdles people faced to get support for ADHD and decided to build a better way. Their goal was to create an affordable, science-based solution that was easy to access. The company developed a mobile app based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), considered a highly effective approach for managing ADHD. Inflow's platform offers daily exercises, skill-building challenges, and a community to help members understand their neurodivergent brains and develop practical coping strategies. Many on the Inflow team, including co-founder Dr. Sachs, a clinical psychologist, also live with ADHD, bringing a personal understanding to the company's mission. A significant milestone came in January 2023, when Inflow secured $11 million in a Series A funding round led by Octopus Ventures. This brought their total funding to over $14 million and provided the capital to expand the team and further develop their product. Before this, in late 2022, Inflow had also acquired Lina Health, a telehealth clinic, signaling a move toward providing more holistic care, including diagnoses and tele-coaching.
