Inflazome was a biotechnology company that focused on developing orally available drugs to address clinical unmet needs in inflammatory diseases by targeting inflammasomes. The company was established in 2016 by Professor Matt Cooper from The University of Queensland and Professor Luke O'Neill from Trinity College Dublin. The company's core business was the discovery and development of small molecule inhibitors of the NLRP3 inflammasome.
