Incuron, LLC is a pharmaceutical company focused on developing a portfolio of anticancer drugs. Founded in January 2010 as a joint venture between the Russian venture capital fund Bioprocess Capital Ventures and the US-based Cleveland BioLabs, Inc., the company is headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

The company's core technology revolves around a family of drug candidates known as Curaxins, which are small molecules that target the Facilitates Chromatin Transcription (FACT) complex. This mechanism simultaneously modulates multiple signaling pathways often deregulated in cancer, including p53, NF-kappaB, and the heat shock response. By blocking the activity of FACT, these compounds have demonstrated antitumor effects in preclinical models and are designed to treat various cancers and autoimmune diseases.

Incuron's pipeline includes drug candidates CBL0102 and CBL0137. CBL0102, also known as quinacrine, is an orally administered small molecule that has shown toxicity to multiple cancer cell types. It has been granted Orphan Drug status by the US FDA for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma and has undergone Phase I trials in Russia for patients with liver cancers. CBL0137 is another Curaxin in development for treating a wide range of advanced solid tumors, lymphomas, and pediatric cancers, with some studies reaching Phase II clinical trials.

The company's initial mission was to advance the Curaxin compounds through preclinical and clinical development, with Cleveland BioLabs providing scientific support. Over time, Cleveland BioLabs sold its equity stake in the joint venture to focus on other assets, while Incuron continued the development of the Curaxin technology.
