HyperBanner Networks Ltd., subsequently known as Bpath, Ltd., was an online advertising and promotion services company founded in 1997. The firm was established in Haifa, Israel, by Erez Chocva, who served as president, and David Schneider, who was the chairman. HyperBanner's mission was to provide small businesses and webmasters with the tools to effectively promote, manage, and enhance their online presence.

The company initially focused on creating user communities that exchanged advertising banners based on geography or shared interests like music or women's interests. It later evolved its strategy to become a comprehensive platform, offering a suite of services for building and managing small to medium-sized websites. These services included tools for animation, surveys, e-commerce, and free email. The business model centered on managing advertising impressions and selling advertising space, sometimes on a price-per-click basis. HyperBanner managed tens of millions of ad impressions monthly as of 1998.

The company secured several rounds of funding. In 1998, it received a $1 million investment. This was followed by a $3 million private placement in March 1999 and a significant $6 million venture round in March 2000, with investors including Visconti Funds, ShopNow, and Eucalyptus Ventures. The company operated in the advertising, internet, and AdTech industries.
