Hotelogix provides a cloud-based property management system (PMS) for the hospitality industry, targeting a wide range of clients from small and mid-sized independent hotels to large hotel groups, resorts, and vacation rentals. The company was founded in March 2008 by Prabhash Bhatnagar, Aditya Sanghi, Tulika Bhatnagar, and Ravi Taneja. Its core product is a robust Property Management System that handles front desk operations, reservations management, and housekeeping. Key features include a web booking engine to facilitate direct bookings, a channel manager for real-time synchronization of inventory across online travel agencies (OTAs) and global distribution systems (GDS), and point-of-sale (POS) integration for managing on-site amenities like restaurants and spas. The system also offers revenue management tools to optimize pricing, reporting and analytics, and a mobile application that allows for managing hotel operations on the go. For hotel groups, it provides centralized management of multiple properties, including reservations, rates, and guest profiles.
