Hexin (Suzhou) Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (Hexin Pharmaceutical) is a Chinese radiopharmaceutical company developing radionuclide drugs for targeted cancer diagnosis and treatment. Founded in August 2020 and headquartered in Taicang, Jiangsu, the company builds on proprietary dual-target radiopharmaceutical (RDC) technology covering both diagnostic PET imaging agents and therapeutic radionuclide drugs, with pancreatic cancer among its focus indications.

Its lead diagnostic candidate, 68Ga-HX01, a dual-target PET imaging agent, received clinical trial approval from China's NMPA in June 2022, and its therapeutic candidate 177Lu-HX02, a radioligand therapy for integrin alpha-v-beta-3 and/or CD13-positive tumors, was approved for clinical use in July 2025. Hexin's pipeline spans multiple radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC) candidates in clinical and preclinical development, supported by its dual-target molecular design, screening and preclinical evaluation platforms.

Hexin operates a research and development business model, developing first-in-class radiopharmaceuticals for oncology and working with CRDMO and CRO partners for development and manufacturing. The company completed a Series A financing round of over 100 million RMB in March 2023 co-led by Cowin Capital and Sunland Capital, with additional investors.
