Haiqu

Haiqu is a U.S.–Ukrainian quantum software startup founded in 2022. The company develops middleware designed to significantly enhance the performance of noisy, near-term quantum processors. Its technology enables the execution of much deeper quantum circuits—reportedly up to 100 times deeper—by improving transpilation and resilience to noise. This approach extends the practical capabilities of existing quantum hardware with minimal modifications, boosting quantum volume and enabling computational tasks that were previously out of reach.

The founding team brings experience from institutions such as Stanford, the Max Planck Society, the Weizmann Institute, and SoftServe. Haiqu’s work positions it at the intersection of quantum computing and software optimization, where the focus is on bridging current hardware limitations with advanced algorithmic solutions.

The company has also formed partnerships with organizations in the quantum ecosystem, highlighting its role in advancing application development and driving broader adoption of quantum technologies.
