This system features four main applications tailored to different user groups: Gredu School Management for administrators, Gredu Teacher for educators, Gredu Parent for guardians, and Gredu Student for learners. These tools facilitate real-time tracking of academic progress, attendance, and school activities, and support administrative tasks like managing enrollment and payments.

For teachers, the platform reduces administrative workload by automating tasks like monitoring attendance and creating exams. Since its launch, GREDU has partnered with over 400 schools, reaching a user base of more than 400,000. The company secured an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed Series A funding round in January 2020, followed by a $4 million Series A round in July 2021, led by Intudo Ventures with participation from Vertex Ventures. This capital is being used for product development, team expansion, and market expansion beyond the Greater Jakarta Region.
