The cornerstone of GEO's offering is the GEO CART®, a computerized, mobile inventory system that uses RFID technology to track implants and instruments in real-time. This system can hold over 2,000 items and is designed to reduce surgical delays, minimize sterility risks, and automate administrative tasks like generating implant usage forms. When a sterile-packaged product is used, its RFID tag is scanned by the cart, which automatically populates an implant usage form and connects to an ERP system for seamless inventory replenishment. GEO's product line includes a variety of orthopedic solutions, such as bone screw systems, nitinol staples, plating systems for foot and ankle procedures, and biologic tissues. Each implant and instrument is provided in a sterile, single-use kit, ensuring product integrity and reducing the facility's need for in-house sterilization of complex trays.
