Its flagship product lineage began as Ark, a suite of AI-enabled applications used by the U.S. Department of Defense, military services, national security agencies, and defense contractors to replace manual acquisition and procurement processes with software-driven decision tools. Customers include the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force, the Defense Contract Management Agency, and the Defense Logistics Agency.

The company operates on a subscription software model, is backed by private equity, and rebranded from Govini to Air in 2026.
