CEO Chirag Jain, an alumnus of IIT Madras with prior experience in the automotive industry, and CMO Rasik Pansare, an MBA graduate from FMS Delhi, combined their expertise in urban planning and entrepreneurship to launch the venture.

The company's business model is primarily B2B2C, licensing its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to parking operators, commercial landlords, and smart city projects. This platform is designed to upgrade physical parking lots into digital mobility hubs, offering features like contactless access and cashless payments.
