About GeneralMind

GeneralMind is a Berlin- and Bangalore-based AI startup founded in 2025 by alumni of German unicorn Razor Group, led by CEO Tushar Ahluwalia with co-founders including Shrestha Chowdhury, Dr Oliver Dlugosch, Lennart von Hardenberg, Nishrit Shrivastava and Remiu Șoima. It builds an operational “System of Action” AI Autopilot on top of ERP systems to execute recurring supply-chain and white-collar workflows across email, spreadsheets and enterprise tools with human oversight only when needed. Less than six months after starting operations, GeneralMind closed a €10.2 million ($12 million) pre-seed equity round in January 2026 led by Lakestar, Leo Capital, Lucid Capital, Heliad and BOOOM, with angels including Alexander Kudlich, Jens Urbaniak and Samir Sood, to scale enterprise deployments.
