GeneralMind is a Berlin-based AI startup building an operational AI layer, described as a "System of Action," to function on top of existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Founded in 2025 by the team that previously built the German unicorn Razor Group, the company aims to automate repetitive, white-collar tasks and unstructured workflows that occur along the supply chain. The founding team is led by CEO Tushar Ahluwalia, who also co-founded the consumer fashion platform StalkBuyLove. He is joined by Shrestha Chowdhury (Chief Product Officer), Dr. Oliver Dlugosch (Chief Commercial Officer), Lennart von Hardenberg (CTO for platform), Nishrit Shrivastava (CTO for deployments), and Sergiu Șoima (Senior Vice-President of Engineering).

The company's core product is an "AI Autopilot" designed to autonomously execute recurring workflows end-to-end across email, Excel, and various enterprise systems. This system is not a co-pilot that assists users, but an autopilot that manages processes with human supervision only when necessary. It integrates with legacy ERP systems and utilizes different Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate unstructured coordination, aiming to eliminate the inefficiencies created by manual processes and email-and-spreadsheet workarounds. GeneralMind targets mid-sized and large enterprises in sectors such as industry, commerce, and logistics. The company has already secured several publicly listed enterprises as clients on major stock exchanges like NASDAQ, MDAX, and SDAX.

Less than six months after beginning operations, GeneralMind announced the closing of a €10.2 million (approximately $12 million) pre-seed equity financing round in January 2026. This round was led by Lakestar, Leo Capital, Lucid Capital, Heliad, and BOOOM, with participation from several angel investors. The company operates with dual headquarters in Berlin, Germany, and Bangalore, India, with its team split between the two locations.
