Digital fund operations for alternative asset managers
About fundcraft
Fundcraft is a Luxembourg CSSF-licensed digital fund operations provider founded by Julien De Mayer that combines fund administration with workflow automation and AI for venture capital, private equity, funds of funds and other alternative investment managers. The platform covers investor, fund and portfolio operations—central administration, transfer agency, LP onboarding and portal, reporting and distribution—on a single stack designed to replace spreadsheets, PDFs and fragmented service models. Fundcraft supports nearly 300 funds and more than 20,000 LP subscriptions across Luxembourg, France, the US and Spain, and signed as many new clients in H1 2026 as in all of 2025. In September 2026 it secured €12 million in strategic growth financing co-led by Riverside Acceleration Capital and CCAP Investments, with existing investors 3VC, MiddleGame Ventures and Aperture Capital, bringing total capital since founding to €40 million to expand jurisdictions, deepen institutional buyout capabilities and extend AI-enabled workflows.
