Flexfin is a fintech company founded by Dimitris Vranopoulos and Alex Kelaiditis.

Before co-founding Flexfin, Alex Kelaiditis served as the head of investments for Dolphin Capital Opportunities. This experience in the financial sector likely provided him with insights into the cash flow challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which became the target market for Flexfin.

The company operates in Greece and Cyprus, offering factoring services to SMEs. Its business model is centered around providing liquidity to these businesses by allowing them to turn their unpaid invoices into immediate cash. This is done through an online platform that facilitates the process of receivables financing, making it faster and more efficient than traditional methods.

In a significant milestone, Alpha Bank announced the acquisition of 100% of Flexfin. The plan is to merge Flexfin with ABC Factors, another entity of Alpha Bank, to create a stronger and more innovative factoring company in the Greek market. This acquisition brings the founders, Dimitris Vranopoulos and Alex Kelaiditis, into the Alpha Bank group, where their expertise is expected to contribute to the growth of the merged entity.
