In a significant milestone, Flex Class Holdings Inc. was acquired by EGW Capital Inc., a private equity fund, in an all-stock transaction in May 2017. Following the acquisition, Flex Class Holdings was set to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of EGW Capital, with its existing management team continuing to guide its operations. At the time of the acquisition, the company had been considering a public listing on the OTC Markets. PitchBook data indicates the company is now out of business.
